In the summer of 2025, we invited our guests for the very first time to invest alongside us in the future of Familux – and the response was overwhelming. Within just four days, Familux Invest 1.0 was fully subscribed. Hundreds of families, long-standing companions and new supporters placed their trust in us.
The campaign was successfully completed in September 2025, all funds have been received and the VIP levels have been activated. Interest has been accruing since 1 November 2025, and the first payouts have already been made.
What your contribution has made possible is already taking shape: at the Dachsteinkönig, new luxury chalets, an à-la-carte restaurant and expanded wellness and fitness facilities are being built – projects you can experience for yourself on your next visit.

And on the Baltic coast, we dream of a destination where families can enjoy more space right by the sea.

Why don’t you go to the bank or your investors?
Because we prefer to take a different route – together with the people who know and value us. Of course, we could work with investors. But we love the idea that our next steps are supported by those we’re doing it all for. Instead of bringing in major investors, we’d rather welcome our loyal guests and supporters on board.
How much do we need to invest?
That’s entirely up to you. You can choose the amount that suits you best to become part of Familux Invest. The first VIP level starts from €15,000 (€1,200 voucher per year), but contributions from €1,000 upwards are welcome – every step counts.
What do I get in return?
Attractive interest – either in cash or as a value voucher. Plus, depending on your contribution, you’ll enjoy additional benefits like early check-in, spa discounts, ultra all-inclusive upgrades, room upgrades, and much more.
How does the investment process work?
Very simply: as soon as the pre-subscription phase begins, you’ll be directed via a link to the platform of our partner, CONDA. There, you can invest directly online – securely, easily, and transparently.
What is CONDA?
CONDA is a well-established investing platform that has already financed over 250 projects. It handles the technical side of the process and ensures everything is legally sound and fully transparent.
How long does the investment run?
Five years; the duration and repayment terms are clearly defined and can be viewed on the CONDA project page. You’ll be kept informed throughout – from your initial payment to the final return.
What happens to my money?
Your contribution goes directly into the next stages of expanding our resorts – currently focused on the Dachsteinkönig. And the best part? You’ll be able to experience the results for yourself.
