Opening is planned for 2029/30. The Familux Residences are an exclusive part of this resort – a dedicated building for owners, embedded within the full resort infrastructure.

FAQ
1. What exactly am I buying?
You acquire a self-contained family suite as full ownership with land registry entry – no timeshare, no fund share. The unit belongs to you. During the weeks you don’t use it yourself, it is rented out through the resort’s hotel operations.
2. How much does a Residence cost approximately?
At a price from € 10,000 per m² and sizes from 70 to 125 m², the range is approximately € 700,000 to € 1,250,000. Exact prices per unit will be announced in the next phase.
3. What does Early Access mean – am I committing to anything?
No. Registration is non-binding and free of charge. You simply secure a place on the priority list: you will be the first to be informed when the process begins and the first to choose your preferred unit. There is no obligation to purchase.
4. Can I choose when my 6 weeks are?
Yes, within a fair booking or points-based system that gives all owners access to attractive periods. The exact terms will be defined in the purchase contract.
5. What ongoing costs do I have as an owner?
Maintenance and cleaning of your family suite are included. Details on service charges and operating costs are available on request in the next steps.
6. What is the difference from a regular suite in the resort?
A Residence belongs to you – you are an owner registered in the land registry, not a guest. You benefit from the property’s appreciation and receive ongoing rental income. On top of that, you receive the highest Familux Friends status with all its benefits. You book a suite – you own a Residence.
