Anything but ordinary

His standout skills and the great passion for his work earned him the title of world champion in 2004: not to mention, Marco Küveler is a third generation hairdressing professional. After working together in his parents’ salon for several years, he went into business for himself in 2016 and opened his own concept salon “Stilfrisuren by Marco Küveler” on Hochstraße in the heart of Andernach.

With 200 stylish square metres, the nine-member team ensures the perfect personal look for every hair length. The seats are in fact special modern cubes that offer the greatest possible privacy. “It’s the revival of an idea from the 1970s with the elegance of a business class,” the European & World champion explains the concept’s idea. For girlfriends, there are sections of the space and concept that interconnect.

In the separate washing area, the dominant colour is night blue, which stands for calm and slowing down. The wash loungers with massage function provide additional relaxation. The offer in the salon is completed by a make-up bar; in the men’s area, classic shaves, beard care and beard styling are highlights in addition to the cut. 

Oh, and the good news? Twice a year Marco Küveler comes to Alpenrose – Familux Resort in Lermoos to pamper the guests there. But his know-how is also available for the home: in the online shop, his own vegan hair care product line, handmade soaps and bath balls are available. “All products are characterised by ecologically sustainable ingredients, and the shampoos can be refilled in the shop,” Küveler tells us.
