For over 20 years, he worked with the Innside hotel group before transitioning to hotel consultancy. Originally established as a small guesthouse with just five rooms, the resort now boasts 380 beds and offers an enchanting world for families. The resort’s team comprises about 190 staff members and hosts approximately 100,000 overnight stays annually. Both guest and staff retention rates are impressively high. “Leadership styles have evolved over the years. Employees are given more responsibility, which fosters greater independence.” In luxury hotel management, it’s vital to assess employees’ expertise, encourage accountability, and promote positive communication.
